Unless a final signed agreement states otherwise, Cardoe Record retains the underlying copyright and publishing ownership in the composition. A website payment authorization does not by itself transfer copyright, publishing ownership, or license rights.
What the purchase can provide
The buyer receives only the rights specifically stated in the final written license agreement for the selected song.

Contingent purchase process
Starting a purchase authorizes the listed amount. No music rights transfer and payment is not captured until the final agreement is established and both buyer and seller confirm it.
